Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets for any event organized by Fireup Events Limited, facilitated through software provided by JBT Holdings Limited. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ticket Purchase

1.1 Tickets for the Event can be purchased online through the designated ticketing platform powered by JBT Holdings Limited.

1.2 All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

1.3 The purchaser must provide accurate and up-to-date information when purchasing tickets. Fireup Events Limited and JBT Holdings Limited are not responsible for errors made during the ticket purchase process.

2. Event Participation

2.1 Ticket holders must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Fireup Events Limited regarding the Event. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the Event without refund.

2.2 Ticket holders must present a valid ticket (in printed or electronic form) and valid identification upon entry to the Event.

2.3 The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any ticket holder who violates the Event rules or behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

3. Event Changes or Cancellation

3.1 Fireup Events Limited reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, venue, or other details without prior notice. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to inform ticket holders of any changes.

3.2 In the event of cancellation of the Event due to circumstances beyond the control of Fireup Events Limited (including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental restrictions), tickets may be refunded or exchanged at the discretion of Fireup Events Limited.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fireup Events Limited and JBT Holdings Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the purchase or use of tickets for the Event.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 By purchasing tickets for the Event, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Fireup Events Limited and JBT Holdings Limited.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the ticket purchaser and Fireup Events Limited with respect to the purchase of tickets for the Event.

7.2 Fireup Events Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on the Event website or through other means of notification.

8. Payment Processing

8.1 Payment for tickets purchased through the Event’s online platform is processed securely by Stripe, our trusted payment processing partner.

8.2 Neither Fireup Events Limited nor JBT Holdings Limited has access to or stores credit card numbers or sensitive payment information entered during the transaction process.

8.3 All payment information provided by the ticket purchaser is encrypted and handled in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Security Standards.

8.4 Fireup Events Limited and JBT Holdings Limited are not responsible for any issues related to the processing of payments, including but not limited to declined transactions, unauthorized transactions, or issues arising from the use of Stripe’s payment services.
